The HIGH Road.

One night, when the weather was nice, we took advantage of it.
When the days are hot, the nights can be even hotter,
So on this particular night, we were blessed with a great evening.
We walked some blocks to the Chelsea Highline at dusk:
(this is the highline, just not at dusk)

The highline faces the Hudson River, and a great view of Jersey,
as well as the south side of the city, like the financial district.

Along the great walk, filled with greenery, and amazing views,
There are some seats w/ a glass window to look down over the west village,

Courtney really LOVES this photo, or maybe she doesn't!

After the Highline, we cruised over to bleeker to grab some delicious:
BANANA PUDDING!

Trying on the latest trend in kitchen wear.

Sitting in the park to savor every flavor of banana, wafer, and cream.

To nights of summer breeze&killer treats.

Potty Talk.

Before you think this is all about dirty talk [Courtney] kidding! It's not.
When I thought the days of my mom telling me to leave the toilet seat down,
and telling my little sister to clean the bathroom are over;
I'm sadly mistaken.
My first couple weeks at work, I noticed that the bathroom was a WRECK.
I mean, I've been to a un-flushed urinal plenty of times, but I'm at a corporation, right?
As if the urinals weren't bad enough, most of the stalls are usually left w/ umm
{special surprises!}
I think the custodial crew is tired of the crazy antics that these grown men,
or whom I once thought were grown,
have been up to and decided to leave a friendly little reminder to the 14th floor:

Note: I had to go covert to snap this photo.
They are plastered near the urinals and stalls.
I ninja-ed this crap (no pun intended).

Please, lay off the kush, and flush!

some say it's hard to be me.

Back in February, my friend Tracie asked me to take some pictures for her then,
soon to be brother-in-law. (Not in some scandalous way people!)
He takes photos for iStock, Getty Images, etc. and Tracie thought I'd be a good face.
In April, he asked me to be in some more, a more summer one,
since the photos in February were on a freezing, sleety, day.
I thought, "if I can't make it in the music industry, then hot dayum, I can sell my soul to the lens!"
So here are some photos from the shoot:

Leigh would be so proud.

One of my favorites.

This turned out far better than we thought, staring in the sun.

cheeeees-n

I mainly like how big I look. (just kidding!)

mind you, my buddy Garrett is a married man! Don't worry, he's solid.

I think Jenae is stugglin' there on bottom.

Remember Me...

..it's about 2 months late, but I'm playing catch up!
On Memorial day, Alex, Courtney, Doug, Scott and I trekked to :

Bad idea for the holiday! It was the first day that most beaches were open.
..and the people were out, by the thousands! It was a zig-zagging game
to cruise around the board walk, and up the pier!

I'm sad to report, I didn't even fit in amongst the salad bowl of people present.
I think I could maybe blend with those black Jews in their Capes!

Coney Island--NOT on a holiday.

Court, Doug and I on the Pier.
Don't mind my hand--it was quite nippy out there!

Overall: a successful day trip to the [filthiest] beach. longest subway ride of my life.
...and good company!

When You're Here, You're Family.

(Practically BFFs)

David's been in the office once before, but this time Jessie said I have to meet him.
Working for ZHT last summer and going to school in Utah,
David Archuleta has been hyped around, and I'm surprised it took this long to come in contact
(Apart from the No Doubt Meet&Greet, remember A.Dub?!)
So when I talked to him, I asked if he had been with a local (Utah)
Photographer, seen here, to his and one of the ladies in digital media's surprise.
After which, Lil' David was even more shocked to learned I went to BYU
and interned at ZHT.
He is such a kind hearted kid, and so genuinely nice.
I can' wait for you all to hear his new stuff, and Mazel Tov to a new album!
:::It really is a small world:::
